How long are credits valid?
One-time purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Monthly subscription credits are valid until reset before the next month. API plan credits are valid permanently.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used any credits within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. Partially used packages can be refunded proportionally for the remaining credits. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
How is the subscription billed and canceled?
